5 Awesome Holiday-Inspired Protein Shake Recipes
Happy Holidays everyone!
Can you believe that we are more than halfway through the month of December? We really hope that you guys have been on track with your nutrition, so that you can indulge and enjoy yourselves at least a few times this month. After all, the holidays are way more fun when you can enjoy some yummy food as well as the other festivities the holidays have to offer!
Speaking of yummy food and holidays…
We have 5 delicious, holiday-inspired protein shake recipes to share with you below. Each one if super delicious and will have you in the holiday spirit in no time! Try them out and let us know what you think!
**P.S. Some of the ingredients in these protein shakes are **optional and of course, it’s your choice if you want to use them or not. The last recipe includes sugar-free pudding mix and sugar-free syrup. We realize that many of you choose not to consume fake sugars and that’s great, but some of our readers do choose to consume them in moderation, so we included this recipe.

Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake (serves 1)
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
½ cup pureed pumpkin
1 tablespoon cashew butter
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Dash of ground cloves
Cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until completely combined.

Eggnog Protein Shake (serves 1)
Ingredients
¼ cup full fat coconut milk
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
**1 whole egg, raw (optional, consume at your own risk)
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until completely combined.

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

3-6 drops of peppermint extract, to taste
1-2 packets Truvia/stevia based sweetener, to taste
2-5 ice cubes, to desired thickness
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until completely combined.

½ tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 packets Truvia/stevia based sweetener, to taste

DaVinci sugar-free buttered rum syrup, to taste

- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend until completely combined.
