Neghar Fonooni is just a regular girl who loves to cook real food, lift heavy stuff and enjoy the absolute heck out of life. As a fitness coach, writer, USAF veteran and mom, Neghar wears several hats and switches them out often. A Los Angeles native who spends most of her time split between Baltimore and NYC, Neghar loves to travel and especially enjoys figuring out ways to exercise in hotel gyms.

Coaching clients on nutrition and exercise is not only a passion, but a career that has been budding for 12 years-when she earned her first of many fitness certifications. In addition to co-founding Girls Gone Strong, Neghar currently runs an exclusive online coaching program, and teaches strength and kettlebell workshops all over the country. She is a SHAPE magazine blogger and is on the Fitness Advisory Board for Schwarzenegger.com. Neghar has also dabbled in fitness modeling, including Experience Life Magazine and several Men’s and Women’s Health DVDs.

Some of her favorite things include: reading, pull-ups, making dinner for friends, yoga, red wine, dark chocolate, quoting The Princess Bride, cuddling with her french bulldog, Samwise (aka Fat Hobbit), and watching animated films with her son. She is completely obsessed with Lululemon and talks more than most people you’ll ever meet.

Molly Galbraith

Molly Galbraith

Molly Galbraith is a certified strength and conditioning specialist, gym owner, former figure competitor and a dabbler in powerlifting.

She loves: her family and friends, food (pssst…she doesn’t share!), lifting heavy things, deep tissue massages, abusing exclamation points and emojis, making people laugh, dancing, awkward silences, Christmas morning, and performing her old gymnastics routine on first dates.

She despises: chalk, chalkboards, her left elbow, dirty feet, watching people assault their lumbar spines at commercial gyms, the white squiggly things attached to the egg yolks, and mean people.

She and her business partner Jim Laird work with over 160 clients doing private, semi-private, and group personal training out of their rapidly-expanding 7,500 square foot gym in Lexington, Ky.  She also runs an exclusive online nutrition coaching program Contact Molly , and keeps busy writing for sites like EliteFTS.com, MountainDogDiet.com, and acting as an expert contributor to magazines like Experience Life and Oxygen.

No stranger to the gym herself, she boasts a 275-lb squat, a 165-lb bench, and a 341-lb deadlift.  Her main goal in life is to positively affect the lives of everyone with whom she comes in contact, and have a blast while doing it!

Alli McKee

Alli McKee

Alli McKee is driven by heart. She believes in these overlapping lifestyles: living healthy, living authentically and living passionately.

Alli co-founderd of Girls Gone Strong to expand her passion for fitness and nutrition with a mission to help and inspire other females via an empowering brand and resource.

Currently based out of Baltimore, Maryland, Alli is also a Strength Coach, fitness writer, fitness model and operates All I M Fitness, a message that inspires one to Embrace, Immerse and Give one thing, all that you have.

Alli grew up playing sports and her inner athlete continues to live strong. Her own training journey began at age 15 to complement her sports performance. She has since accumulated experience in athletic performance, traditional strength lifts and body transformations. Alli’s latest training interests are concentrated around conditioning and body weight mastery (Calisthenics) and she has recently become an avid practitioner of yoga.

In case you didn’t know, Alli looooves music, an inspiring quote and the beach is her happy place. Sports, manicures and coffee also rank high on her list of simple pleasures along with red wine and good company. Baked goods are her dietary weakness and she is charmed by passion and bright energy!
