The Women's Fitness Summit

Erin Brown: The event has been amazing, the speakers are unbelievable. The content so far has been phenomenal. With nutrition, strength training...

Woman: I love Girls Gone Strong.

Molly: This event is designed by women, for women, which is exactly what Girls Gone Strong is. So we were super excited to partner with the Women’s Fitness Summit to put this on.

Woman 2: This event came about because of the lack of women-focused events in this industry. And now we have something that’s just ours.

Woman 3: It has been awesome seeing some strong, empowering women get up and give their perspective on their personal journey as well as share their advice in terms of what we can do individually and how we can inspire other people.

Molly: Our entire advisory board is here. We’ve got seven women on the advisory board, everyone’s an expert at something different. This is a group of evidence-based, intelligent, kind body image positive women who are just trying to spread really good information to other women.

Woman 4: I think it’s really great that there’s a place that we all can unite for good information, good support.

Woman 5: There’s a lot of professionals and a lot of enthusiasts and people all in between there.

Woman 6: Just a roomful of passionate, energetic, fit and healthy women altogether. It’s just been an amazing experience, I don’t know why we didn’t do this sooner.

Molly: Join the movement, like when someone comes to you and ask you for information, you now know where to send them.

Woman 7: Our understanding of fitness for females is changing. I feel like it’s a wave of a new idea, I guess, of what fitness means for females, mentally and physically.

Erin Brown: You need to be showing up to events like this so that women start looking to each other for advice and support and sound information about our lives.

Woman 8: I just have this power now and just passion to help other people.

Woman 9: This is the summit that you want to attend.

All: Girls Gone Strong!
