What does being a GGS mean to you? Being a GGS means:
Accepting your fears then crushing them.
Letting your light shine. And, surrounding yourself with other shiny lights.
Forgiving yourself. Missing a workout or eating a cupcake isn’t the problem. Negative self-talk is.
Celebrating your strengths. If you’re funny, make people laugh. If you’re disciplined, inspire consistency in others. If you’re a writer, seduce me with your ability to use a semi-colon.
How long have you been training? Ten years of regular lifting. Four years of GGS lifting.
Favorite Lift: Power clean. Executed perfectly, it’s poetry in motion.
Most memorable PR: 10 consecutive chin-ups
