1/ The experts.
You won’t find a more well-qualified, diverse, experienced group of experts who have come together to create a programs like this anywhere else.
Most programs available for women are from one or two experts in a particular area of women’s health.
Our experts include women with PhDs ranging from molecular biology to exercise physiology and kinesiology, and women who are licensed OB/GYNs, Naturopathic Doctors, Women’s Health Physical Therapists, and Registered Dietitians, and women who are certified pre and postnatal fitness specialists, strength and conditioning coaches, doulas, and childbirth educators.
2/ The evidence-based information.
Our experts have literally read every piece of scientific literature on pregnancy and exercise and combined it with over 140 years of practical experience working with pregnant women and mamas in the real world, to produce the most well-researched, comprehensive, thorough pre and postnatal program of all time. Period.
The information in this program isn’t just regurgitated from a textbook or research study.
These women have been formally educated at the highest level, they have applied their knowledge for decades helping women have safe, happy, and healthy pregnancies and recoveries, and they have been through it themselves, as well.
3/ The workouts.
Most pre and postnatal exercise programs written for women either fall into the category of not challenging enough, or they don’t take into account how a woman’s body changes during pregnancy and modify accordingly at all.
As you can guess, neither are good.
The truth is, you can absolutely work out in a challenging manner during pregnancy (and yes -- you can even start working out in pregnancy if you weren’t working out before!) but there are guidelines you must follow in order to stay safe and healthy while challenging yourself appropriately, and the majority of pre and postnatal exercise programs simply miss the mark.
But not Moms Gone Strong.
Our programs are expertly designed to get you maximum results while keeping you safe and allowing you to customize your program to your ability level and needs before, during, and after pregnancy.
4/ The nutrition advice
Let’s face it -- nutrition when you’re pregnant and recovering from pregnancy is kind of important (it provides the building blocks for your baby, after all!) BUT there’s so much else on your mind during pregnancy, the last thing you want to do is follow a strict or complicated meal plan (hello, food aversions!)
That’s why the nutrition guidelines in Moms Gone Strong make it incredibly simple to make positive, actionable changes to your current eating habits to better support a healthy and strong pregnancy without requiring a complete overhaul.
We don’t tell you what to eat.
We teach you how to eat.
That way your eating habits are completely customizable to your schedule, preferences, likes, dislikes, and yes, even your food aversions.
5/ The community
In addition to the incredible information you’ll get with our Moms Gone Strong program, you’ll receive access to our FREE closed Facebook group, Strong Moms Sisterhood.
We established this closed Facebook group for women who have children or are thinking about having children and want to learn from other like-minded mamas. It is for community, support, sisterhood, and sharing ideas and resources.
When things get hard, sometimes you just need someone to say, “You’re doing a good job, mama,” and with our warm, welcoming and inclusive community of women, that’s exactly what you’ll get.
