What if you could love the way you looked? What if instead of wondering how it would feel to be good enough, worthy enough, deserving enough... you already knew? What if you truly believed that losing 5 more pounds or squeezing into a certain size had nothing to do with how amazing and beautiful you are?
What if you could stop killing yourself at the gym for hours on end chasing some elusive number? What if you could stop beating yourself up because your stomach isn’t flat enough, your legs aren’t small enough, or your boobs aren’t perky enough?
Let’s face it, that nasty inner voice telling you that you’re not enough isn’t easy to get rid of. It’s what keeps you on this roller coaster of cookie-cutter diets and fad exercise plans. It’s what makes you believe feeling good about yourself only happens when…
... you lose 15 pounds
... you run an insane number of miles
... or, you finally have a flat stomach
“I am feeling so sentimental right now. I can not even begin to tell you how much better I feel now than I did last time this year. Not only did I not trust my body to be healthy and strong, but I had gained 12 pounds in just over 2 months while eating a strict paleo diet. I felt so betrayed by my own body. I felt so alone, in a new town with two small children, one of whom I had just stopped nursing and night waking for. I was exhausted and emotionally crushed. Though I have always been curvy and "voluptuous" I was embarrassed by my body for the first time in my life last summer. I didn't recognize myself inside or out.
... If it weren't for all of you and the friendship and support that you have shown me, that we have shown each other and that we have shown ourselves, I wouldn't feel like I have healed. My pain wasn't just superficial, it was deep. Thank you all for your warmth, honesty, kindness, and for being so real for this entire year.”
“My a-ha moment was that I am done with the roller coaster of dieting, over exercising, then overeating, not exercising, etc. I realize that consistency (putting effort each day and some days that means putting effort into resting) and self love will carry me through. I also realized (and perhaps this is my biggest a-ha moment) that I am so totally OK with not looking like I did when I overtrained and under ate. 100% OK because I love my body now and I loved it yesterday and I will love it tomorrow. I just want to take the best care of myself I can. I'm so done with not liking myself. Done. Over. Moving On. Never in a million years did I think mantras would help me. I want to continue them, and I am currently looking to find a good source for some great mantras. I'm sure you have some ideas for me. I get really emotional when I think about how far I have come with telling those mean voices in my head to go to hell. I didn't realize they were holding me back from brilliance.”
“Jen - I just wanted to tell you how much I'm enjoying my training plan this month! All of it!... I love every single movement! You, and the wonderful women in this group, are helping me with changes I have not been able to make on my own. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I am down more than 20 inches overall and 22 pounds since my original weigh-in. My friends and family are noticing the changes and passing along their compliments... which still make me feel uncomfortable. My husband, of course, can see huge changes... not only physically, but in my spirit and in my happiness.
I'm reading, I'm watching videos... I'm absorbing everything I can get my hands on. I look forward to going down to my home gym... and I think it's the weights that get me excited. I've enjoyed my training plans more every month, and I think it's because every month there are more lifting movements.
Anyway, Jen, I just wanted you to know I truly appreciate my access to you and your strength, knowledge, and compassion for each of our journeys... because they're all different. I count my blessings every day and thank God of putting you and Molly in my path.”
And Why Women Are Getting Life-Changing Results From It
LEAVE THE OBSESSING ABOUT FOOD BEHIND.
Learning how to eat well isn’t just about knowing what foods to choose. And, it’s definitely not about counting calories. Making good decisions around food is about having the knowledge and confidence to eat in a way that’s best for you and your body.
Instead, we find out exactly what it takes for you to be successful. We don’t tell you what to eat. We give you sane and sustainable habits that teach you how to make choices that lead you closer to your goals. The best part? We do this while ensuring these habits are customized to your lifestyle, personal preferences, likes, dislikes, and eating history, without you ever feeling deprived.
START WORKING OUT SMARTER, NOT HARDER.
The problem with most training programs is that they’re cookie-cutter programs that aren’t designed with your specific needs in mind. They’ve been given to thousands of other women, and they’re often designed to obliterate you in an attempt to get short-term results with no purpose or plan behind them.
Our world-class Coaches can write training programs that will help you reach any goal: lose body fat, heal your pelvic floor post pregnancy, or deadlift double your bodyweight, just to name a few.
Following a program written specifically for you, and then performing those exercises correctly reduces injury risk and gets better results. You’ll get detailed feedback from your Coach via video throughout the entire course of the program, so you’ll never have to wonder if you’re doing things right.
LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF INSIDE AND OUT.
Good nutrition and a solid training program are essential to becoming healthy... but they will only take you so far. As our good friend Jill Coleman says, “A physical transformation without a mental transformation leaves something to be desired.”
You’ll get simple, actionable steps to focus on your self-talk and inner dialogue so that you can show yourself more grace and compassion, and start loving the skin you’re in. We’re going to teach you to finally treat your body with the love and respect it deserves.
YOU’RE NEVER DOING IT ALONE. YOU’VE GOT SUPPORT.
If you’ve ever tried to make significant lifestyle changes, you’ve probably noticed that those closest to you can be the least supportive, and that can be hard. Whether it’s your spouse, your mom, your sister or your best friend, if those closest to you aren’t supporting you in your health and fitness goals, it can feel all too easy to throw in the towel, promising yourself that you’ll start again someday.
These women will motivate you, support you, encourage you, and inspire you, and they will genuinely care about you and your success. As women we take care of so many people in our lives, and we don’t always let other people take care of us. In this coaching group, you’ll share struggles and victories, wins and losses, and you’ll always find an outreached hand, ready to lift you up when you need it.
Statistics tell us that 98% of self-guided diets fail. We know going through this process alone rarely ends well, and yet we try to do it by ourselves over and over again. We understand the constant battle with the diet roller coaster. You’re “on” or you’re “off.” You’re being “good” or you’re being “bad.” You feel deprived or completely out of control. And you ask yourself, “Does it really have to be this hard?”
No, it doesn’t. With your Girls Gone Strong Coach holding your hand and walking you through the exact steps you need to follow to get where you want to be, it doesn’t ever have to be that hard again.
“Well the last two KB’s are here. USPS refused again to deliver these, so I picked them up. I warned the women behind the counter what weight they were and she told me she would meet me at the side door to the package room. She wheeled them over in a cart and asked repeatedly if I could handle carrying them. I assured her I could, I just needed the boxes open so I could access the handles. And in front of craning necks, watching me carry my KBS out, I farmer walked those fuckers to the car. What an AWESOME feeling. Thanks Jessie and Molly I am forever grateful.”
“I ate ice cream and drank white wine tonight. I did it with 100% full conscious intention.
However I did not finish my ice cream and I stopped at 1 glass of wine. I put my ice cream in the freezer and left wine for tomorrow.
I “felt” like i had had enough of both and I stopped eating/drinking both.
I feel zero guilt of not eating any protein, fiber or veggies for dinner. I feel 100% satisfied with my choices to stop and start my actions. And I am currently extremely happy and content. I know tomorrow I will wake up hungry for a good, nutritious breakfast!
Thank you GGS for teaching me this fantastic lesson!”
“I too did the program, and it's the best money I've ever spent. I'd do it again in a heartbeat. The personal attention is awesome — it's like having a coach available to you any time, rather than only that hour that you pay for at the gym. Truly, I can't recommend it enough.”
Every other week we introduce a new nutrition habit, and spend two full weeks (or more, if necessary) honing the skills necessary to help cement the habit. We help you customize the habits and recommendations to your specific eating history, tendencies, preferences, goals, likes, and dislikes.
You will receive individualized feedback about your habit work to help you overcome sticking points, with the option of sending in a food log to your coach for the two of you to review together once the habits are mastered.
You will also receive suggestions from your Coach regarding healthy recipes, social eating strategies, dietary substitutions, modifications, and how to determine your personal nutrition success strategy.
You’ll get an effective training program that becomes more customized to you and your unique body based off of the feedback that you provide. Your coach will take into account your goals, preferences, health history, equipment availability, and schedule to get you results fast, while keeping you safe and healthy.
You also get access to a comprehensive video library with over 100 high-quality exercise demonstrations so you know exactly how to perform every exercise for best results, and unlimited exercise technique review. Your Coach will review your video and give you simple form corrections and cues to ensure you’re performing the exercise safely and effectively.
Plus, direct access to your Girls Gone Strong Coach 6 days a week to answer any questions you might have about anything.
Each week you'll be assigned an article to read, an affirmation to say, and an action step to take, all with the goal of teaching you how to love and honor your body, not only with your thoughts, but your behaviors, as well.
You’ll learn to love and appreciate your body and yourself, exactly as you are right now, while continuing to work on mastering habits and a lifestyle that allow you to be your best self every day.
These mindset assignments will help you gain perspective and focus on what’s most important while reducing your stress and improving your outlook on life and your relationships.
You’ll also be able to engage in real-time discussions with your coach and other group members to help you work through any mindset-challenging moments you experience along the way.
If you’ve ever hired a personal trainer, you know it can get pretty expensive. You meet with your trainer a few days a week, they put you through a workout, and you don’t talk to them again until your next session. They probably don’t do much nutrition coaching, and they definitely don’t work with you on your self-talk and inner dialogue.
Oh, and if your schedule changes, and you miss a session? You’re still charged. While that’s fair game, it really stinks.
This is what makes Strongest You Coaching so incredible. Not only do you have direct access to your Coach 6 days a week, but because the program happens entirely online, you fit it into your schedule when it works for you. There's no stress about rescheduling or canceling, and your Coach is always there when you need her.

A question we receive from a lot of women is whether or not Strongest You Coaching is right for them. Some of these women have never set foot in a gym in their life, others are seasoned gym veterans, PhDs in exercise science, Registered Dietitians, and gym owners.
Girls Gone Strong works with women of all experience and ability levels. Our Coaches know how to write programs to help women who have never worked out a day in their life, as well as women who want to take their strength and performance to the next level. That’s the beauty of working with a world-class Girls Gone Strong Coach.
Our Coaches are incredibly experienced in helping clients implement the knowledge they have into their everyday lives. In every coaching group we have trainers, gym owners, and women with advanced degrees and certifications in nutrition and training.
Yes, even these women sometimes struggle with getting their own nutrition and training under control. Every coach needs a coach, and working with a Girls Gone Strong Coach can help you help yourself and your clients at the same time.
In addition to designing your program based on your ability level, your Coach will work with you to figure out a training program that fits your personal goals and schedule, so you're not needlessly slaving away at the gym for hours on end. Do you have 2 hours a week to devote to exercise? Or 4? Maybe you prefer to train 6 hours a week.
Whatever your schedule, our Coaches are masters at designing programs that help you achieve the best possible results, based on the amount of time you want to devote to training.
“I hope you’re able to reach out to many other ladies. I’m SO lucky that I got picked and matched with Jessie and all of these other fantabulous gals.
I’ve never shared this before, but the week before I received that GGS online Coaching email in October 2014, I had been *seriously* considering getting HCG injections. I have a friend who did it, and he lost a bunch of weight, and looked so fantastic, and was encouraging me to do it. And I almost did it.
I almost injected myself HCG for 20+ days while eating 500 calories a day.
And then I got that e-mail, and it was like a SIGN. And I had all my fingers crossed that you’d choose me.
And you did. And you’ve changed my life. And I’m a bit teary eyed right now as I write this. But it’s true. You’ve all changed my life. And what you do is AWESOME and should be celebrated.
I’m in a place now that I’ve never been before. Doing that (HCG) as well as other crazy quick fixes, pills, jumpstart to skinny crap, mesotherapy injections I did before are So far away from what i consider healthy, let alone an option. I evidently hadn’t been loving my body that much...
But everything’s different now. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.”
“I did the coaching program and was concerned about the financial part of it at first. It seemed like a lot to spend on top of my gym fees but when I looked into a personal training session, it was $150 just for one hour and I knew that most of the trainers at my gym (no offense) didn't have near the expertise that the team at GGS has. It was pretty amazing to have a coach to help with diet, exercise, lifestyle, and just day-to-day struggles 6 days a week. In hindsight, the coaching was priceless and worth every penny. AND so was having to buy all new jeans because my old ones were too big.”
“I have been following the Girls Gone Strong website for some time. As an experienced athlete, Boston-qualifying marathoner, and Precision Nutrition-certified sports and exercise nutritionist, I am constantly looking for quality sources of information and advice on all things health and wellness, and GGS is an amazing resource. When I heard about the Strongest You coaching program, I was excited to join because I had fallen into a bit of a slump with my own fitness and nutrition behaviors due to an unexpected medical issue, and I looked forward to the motivation of Jen and my fellow "teammates" to help me get back on track. Even coaches need coaches! The program not only helped me regain a healthy routine, but it motivated me to embark on a 100-day challenge, completing 100 workouts and making 100 healthy recipes in 100 days. I successfully completed the challenge and never could have done it without Strongest You. And the most amazing consequence of this regained focus on wellness is that 3 months into the program I learned that I was pregnant, a reality that my doctors said was almost impossible given my "advanced" age and fertility status. I truly believe that returning to a healthy routine through Strongest You helped my body get prepared for a baby. Thank you, Jen Comas and GGS for helping me get back to a state of health and happiness!”
“I almost backed out of the strongest you coaching program. I was all set to start when things in my life got complicated. My mom and sister had just moved out of state. This was going to not only put added time constraints on me, but also the possibility of financial hardship. My mother had chronic illness and I was in charge of her healthcare... i.e. Dr appointments and such. I sent an email to Molly telling her I regretfully had to withdraw my application.
1am on the night before registration closed I was lying awake. Over and over I heard this voice say... When are you going to do something FOR YOU? This BS family drama will always be happening and you will always be there for them. F*** THIS!!! Heather, do something for yourself. You might not get an opportunity like this again. How long are you going to put off taking care of you?
I signed up that night and never looked back. And I can confidently say that it was hands-down the best decision I’ve ever made in my entire life.
Does it feel like now isn’t the right time? We understand. Maybe you want to wait until you’re not so busy, or until your kids start school. The problem is, there’s never a “right” time. Your inbox will never be empty. Your family will never stop needing you. Life will never calm down. If you wait until the timing is perfect, you’ll be waiting forever.
The majority of women who sign up for Strongest You Coaching do so because they realize that they have been waiting for the “right time” for years, and putting themselves last for far too long.
It’s also important to remember that this decision doesn’t just affect you. Women who complete Strongest You Coaching report increased vulnerability and intimacy with their partner, more patience and ability to be present with their children, and improved satisfaction in their relationship with their close friends and family.
The relationships that we have with other people are often a reflection of the relationship we have with ourselves. If you’re constantly unhappy, tired, stressed out, and dissatisfied with yourself, how can you possibly be anything different with your loved ones?
After you sign up, you’ll receive a coaching application that will help us determine if you’re a good fit for the program. If we don’t think it’s a good fit, we believe accepting you into the program is a disservice to everyone. (If this is the case, your money is returned immediately)
Once you’re accepted, you’ll receive an email introducing you to your Coach, as well as a comprehensive training and nutrition questionnaire, so your Coach can ensure that your plan is specific to you.
Your training program will be updated by your Coach every 6 weeks or as needed, based on your goals and feedback.
Each week you'll discuss the current nutrition habit you're practicing, and any lifestyle issues surrounding fitness and nutrition with your Coach and everyone in the group. You’ll also complete and discuss assignments aimed at helping you love your body and your life.
We designed the program so that nearly all of the communication with your Coach happens within the closed group.
This streamlines the communication, allows you to easily search for information, and helps you feel supported, motivated, and heard from beginning to end.
Our clients agree: the benefit of everyone having access to each other’s comments and questions has been invaluable.
As women we often have a tumultuous relationship with food. In fact, it’s reported that 80% of 10 year old girls have been on a diet. 10 YEARS OLD. From a very early age we start categorizing food as “good” or “bad” and therefore we are “being good” if we are eating “good” food, and we are “being bad” if we are eating “bad” food. This leads to a vicious cycle of guilt, shame, deprivation, bingeing, and always being “on” or “off” a diet. When we are “on” a diet, we deprive ourselves of most of our favorite foods. This is not a sustainable strategy for most of us, so we “white knuckle” our way through the diet until we simply cannot handle it anymore, and then we overindulge in foods we deem “bad,” feel guilty and shameful, and vow to “be stronger” next time. Sound familiar? Not anymore.
“I never think about food anymore and I used to OBSESS about it. What am I going to make? What am I going to eat? Should I have eaten that? Should I not have eaten that? It’s freed up an enormous amount of mental energy and space for me.”
With Strongest You Coaching, we ease you into a more healthful diet, holding your hand every step of the way, so there’s no major overhaul. We also don’t believe that you have to avoid your favorite foods to have a healthful diet and see results. Instead, you’ll work closely with your Coach to develop your personal nutrition success strategy where you find your personal balance of healthful foods and more indulgent foods that will help you reach your goals without feeling deprived.
“We help you expand your definition of beauty to include YOU.”
When was the last time you looked in the mirror and you thought, “I look amazing?” When was the last time you felt super confident and strong in your body? When was the last time you thanked your body for all that it does for you? If the answer is never, you’re not alone. We are taught to hate ourselves from the time we are little girls. We are valued in parts and pieces, and we are constantly being told that we should strive for this celebrity’s glutes or that celebrity’s lips.
Society has defined beauty in a context so narrow that we cannot possibly achieve it, but there is a multibillion-dollar weight loss and beauty industry ready to gobble up our money as we try. In Strongest You Coaching, we don’t believe there is anything wrong with valuing beauty. But in the words of GGS Advisory Board Member Erin Brown, “We help you expand your definition of beauty to include YOU.”
There is absolutely no question that Strongest You Coaching improves your physical strength. We have helped coaching clients triple their deadlift numbers, bang out multiple sets of pull-ups, and much more. Whether you’re new to lifting weights, or a seasoned veteran, we have you covered. You’ll receive helpful coaching cues and hints that will help you perform the exercises safely and effectively, helping you get maximum results in the least amount of time.
“The only thing upsetting about being this strong is unloading all the weight on the BB. I’m tryin’ to GSD and ain’t nobody got time for dat!”
Further, you’ll have the opportunity to take an unlimited number of videos of your lifts and upload them for your Coach to review so you never have to wonder if you’re performing exercises correctly.
“I was an overweight person trying to get fit with 30-day shreds and 12-week programs and whatever I could do that was a quick-fix and I wasn’t looking how I wanted to look for how hard I was working out. I’ve now lost 20 pounds, 30 inches, and two clothing sizes—and I’ve kept it off.“
Women join the Strongest You Coaching programs with a wide variety of aesthetic goals. Some women want to lose body fat, others want to gain muscle mass, and some want to do a combination of the two. No matter your goals, your Coach will design a customized training program to help you reach them.
The important thing to remember is that this is NOT a “6-weeks-to-a-new-you!” program. You’ve probably tried that before, and even if it worked for you, the program you followed was probably not sustainable. This program is about helping you achieve your aesthetic goals in a sane and sustainable way, while keeping you safe and healthy.
Your Strongest You Coach will NOT crash-diet you in an attempt to get short-term results.
I am down more than 20 inches overall and 22 pounds since my original weigh-in. My friends and family are noticing the changes and passing along their compliments... My husband, of course, can see huge changes... not only physically, but in my spirit and in my happiness.
Many Strongest You Coaching clients report an improved relationship with their spouse in numerous areas during and after completing the program.
They report increased vulnerability and intimacy due to feeling more comfortable in their skin, greater patience and understanding as their stress level decreases, and better communication skills as they start to own the power of their voice in a compassionate way.
“I was so off balance in many places in my life before GGS. I had no idea. I am a much more peaceful person when compared to 8 months ago but I look like I could kick ass if you pissed me off. :)”
It’s no secret that women wear a crazy number of hats. We are wives, mothers, working professionals, sisters, daughters, aunts, and everything in between. We are constantly being pulled in a million directions, and everyone wants a piece of our time.
Strongest You Coaching teaches you the importance of setting boundaries, and prioritizing self-care so that your needs and health don’t take a backseat to everyone else. We teach you the importance of saying “no” to things that you don’t want to do, so you gain the freedom to say “yes” to a life that you love.
According to our Strongest You Coaching clients, here is what you can expect to pay in the following cities to work with a trainer:
Portland, Oregon: $100-$120/hour
Lincoln, Nebraska: $70-$90/hour
Baltimore, Maryland: $90-$110/hour
Toronto, Ontario: $100-$120/hour
If you consider that most clients work with a trainer 2-3 days a week, that means the average cost of working with a trainer is between $560 and $1440/month. And that just buys you their time during the session. It doesn’t buy you nutrition coaching, mindset coaching, or any support between sessions. With Strongest You Coaching, you have access to your Coach 6 days a week for a fraction of the cost, and your Coach’s only job is to make sure you get results.
Unless you know exactly what to look for, it’s nearly impossible to determine whether or not your trainer is well-educated and qualified. Just because your trainer has helped a ton of clients lose weight, or has a reputation for going “beastmode” on their clients, doesn’t mean they have a sound understanding of human physiology, biomechanics, or intelligent exercise programming. There’s a chance you’d be spending gobs of money on a trainer who isn’t going to get you results and/or isn’t worried about your long-term safety and health in the process.
Girls Gone Strong is the most trusted resource for women’s health and fitness information, period. What you’re getting with Strongest You Coaching is evidence-based, intelligent, compassionate information that we have used to help thousands of women all over the world get results through our programs and our coaching.
Wouldn’t it be amazing to see a stronger, more confident you in the mirror?
Strongest You Coaching enrollment is now open!
With only 20 spots, space is limited.
What if I don't have a lot of time for exercise each week? Can I still participate?
Absolutely. In your comprehensive training questionnaire, your Coach will ask you how much time you have each week to devote to training, and will design a program specifically for you based on your answer. In addition, over the 9-month period if you need adjustments to your program based on more or less time to devote to exercise, let your coach know, and she will adjust your program.
I don’t belong to a gym. Can I do this program if I work out at home?
Absolutely. Your Girls Gone Strong Coach will take your equipment availability into account when designing your customized training program (as well as your schedule, training history, ability level, and specific goals). That said, the more equipment you have access to, the more variety your Coach will be able to use in your programs.
Do I have to commit to the entire length of the program?
Yes. Because we have so few coaching program spots available, you must commit to the entire 9 months.
What if I sign up and pay and then decide I don’t want to be in the program?
Once you sign up, if you decide you don’t want to be in the program, you have 7 days to request a refund so we can fill your spot with someone from our waiting list.
How often will I get billed?
If you choose our pay-in-full option, you will get a month FREE, and you will be billed immediately, one time for the whole program. If you choose our monthly payment option, you will be billed for one month immediately on the day you purchase, and monthly on the 8th to pay for the that month. For example, if you sign up on the 2nd of January, you will be billed immediately to pay for the upcoming month of coaching. You would then be billed on the 8th of the month every month after that for a total of 9 months.
How will I communicate with my Coach?
In the beginning, before you are added to your private Facebook group, there will be some communication via email. Once you are added to the Facebook group, most communication will be through the private Facebook group.
What will my personal training schedule look like?
It depends. Your coach will completely personalize your training schedule based on your availability, ability level, preferences, and goals.
If I don't get actual meal plans as part of the nutrition advice, what form will the suggestions take?
The nutrition portion of the program is based on what we know works in the long-term: consistent habit change and actually enjoying what you eat. Your Girls Gone Strong coach will be walking you step-by-step through changing your nutrition habits in a way that feels achievable and effortless. In addition to the habit changes, you’ll get education regarding each habit change in written (and occasionally video) format, and at certain points in the program, you will keep a short food log for your GGS coach to review and give you feedback.
Will I have access to any videos or reading materials to supplement the program?
Yes! You will have access to our exclusive Exercise Technique Library with over 100 high-resolution demonstration videos, plus frequent videos from your coach discussing habits and assignments, weekly reading materials (and occasionally audio materials) to accompany your mindset assignments, and supplementary PDFs to accompany your habits and mindset assignment.
How many Coaches will be part of the program?
Each Strongest You Coaching Group will be assigned one Girls Gone Strong Coach.
Why is Strongest You Coach better than hiring a personal trainer?
If you've ever hired a personal trainer, you know it can be pretty expensive. In fact, Strongest You Coaching is on average 40-70% more affordable than working with a personal trainer 2-3 times a week.
Also, when you work with a personal trainer, you meet with them a few days a week, they put you through a workout, and you don’t talk to them again until your next session. In addition, they probably don’t do much nutrition coaching, and they definitely don’t work with you on your self-talk and inner dialogue.
“Joining the GGS online coaching program has been one of the BEST decisions I’ve ever made.
I LOVE my trainer Jessie, and I LOVE my coach, Molly, and I ADORE my fellow GGS ladies :) (and I NEVER want it to be over, (I’m trying to convince Molly to make this a lifetime forever thing!))
I’ve fallen in love with lifting heavy things all over again. I’m eating better than ever, mindfully, and NEVER feeling deprived, super high satisfaction. I’m learning so much about nutritions, mindset, doing exercises I'd never thought I’d be able to do...
If you’re thinking about it, think no more. Just do it.”
“This program is amazing and these girls... my coach Jess, Molly and fellow GGS beauties are the BEST!! When I came across this program just 4 months ago, I was at a point in my training where I felt lost. Although I Love working out and the feeling of accomplishment it gives me, I was almost feeling as though I tried everything and wasn’t getting the results I was looking for so i was being forced to settle for less than what I was seeking.. I had tried other online programs before but nothing like this one. GGS focuses on helping you become the best version of yourself no matter what shape and size you are. They teach you how to love your body and treat it with respect. working as a PT myself, I felt as though I was in need of coaching and I have to say that I have had so many “Aha” moments with check ins, challenges and even little tweaks my coach Jess has made to my form has made a world of difference. Becoming a GGS has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am Stronger emotionally, mentally and physically because of this program and I would definitely recommend it. It’s life changing :)”
“My clothes are fitting differently because they can’t contain my amazing ass. #99problemsbutmyassaintone. Jessie Mundell, I’ve worked with trainers since I was in my mid-20s and always with men. You were a missing piece. You get me and you understand that a woman’s body, a mother’s body, a body that is capable of so much I have yet to discover.”
